A question on Cloud Call Center software

Hi all,

"Cloud call center" software is completely new to me. Just received a advertising email from Talkdesk. The same stimulates my curiosity looking into "Cloud call center"

On googling I found;

Hosted Predictive Dialer
etc.

Can any folk shed me some light which are Open Source "Cloud call center"? I'm interested install it on a VM of Oracle VirtualBox for testing. Thanks
