Is there an option for showing backup files? It can be separate option with default "no".

Can you see it in a terminal using ls? If not, it either has another name or you created it in another directory.

Open a Nautilus Windows. Under Edit --> Preferences --> Views, check "Show hidden and Backup Files". Close the Nautilus windows and re-open again. You will see all hidden and backup files. Under View uncheck "Show hidden files" and you will see the backup files only!
