64Bit Linux

So, I'm thinking about making an Opteron system and I was wondering.....what linux distros have x86-64bit versions? Any?

And does anyone know if there are x86-64bit versions of any *BSDs? Thanks!

mandrake and redhat has a version pre compiles on 64 bit but for linux you always have the source code so you can compile your kernel and other progs to run in 64 bit arch.
