Question 100% binary dvd copier

This may sound weard but i want a 100% acuret dvd copier. The use... I am getting pissed that i cant copy ps2 games and then they got scrached. Since every dvd/cd is only 1 and 0's i was thinking why cant there be a way to copy 1 and 0's dirrectly to a different dvd.

(note to all. I am not a hacker/stealer/anything else i just dont want to go online to find a game that is out of date and wait for it to come. If i wanted to copy it i would get a modchip or something else This is all to save time and money. Thanks)

This can't be done because burnable DVD media and pressed DVD media are different. Optical media has a "media descriptor" built into it that is set when the media is made. The PS2 (and other devices) check to see that the media descriptor shows a particular type, specifically that for that device. This decriptor is also used when your burning program knows the maximum speed for a particular piece of media.

You can get a close approximation by placing a disk in your computer and using "dd" to create an ISO, then burning the resulting ISO to disk: it will have all the data exactly the same except the media descriptor.
