[Redhat Enterprise] Configuring and installing headless

Hi,

I would like to have a RedHat enterprise server installed and running headless. In other words, using my laptop to connect to the serial port of the server in order to use it as a keyboard/monitor. Does anybody know how to do this?

Thanks in advantage.
