Can anyone tell me if "X2 the threat" runs under linux? I have winex 3.3 and the latest version of wine of course! Crossover office too.

PS Is there any linux installer 4 this one?

well, the best way to try is to give it a shot anyway. i got soldat working under wine, despite a 0 rating both from transgaming and from apps.winehq.org. so give it a try.

I'd love X2 the threat as well.

What I don't understand is that it was developed by a German company. You'd think they would think more of Linux there than most US developers...

Go figure.

Don't jump to conlclusions.

The Transgaming team work on big-ticket new release games. Currently, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Counter-strike and Half-Life...

Games like X2 really don't get their attention. It's hard to even get them to fix games like Spiderman...
