Worms World Party on Winex 3.2.1 for Mandrake 9.2 help

Hi
I'm using Mandrake linux 9.2 running WineX 3.2.1 and I am trying to get Worms World Party to work. I ran "wine wwp.exe" and it starts. Everything goes fine until it starts to load a deathmatch or watever. I get a blank screen and the konsole says "fixme:msvcrt:__CxxFrameHandler (a bunch of numbers) stub!". I get this error over and over until it stops and says "Segmention Fault". Could someone tell me how I fix this problem?

i think your best bet is posting at transgaming.com (if you paid for the binary), since wine is, and pretty much always will be, alpha software.

You should be using the command winex3 ****.exe to use winex, otherwise you will just be running it with the version of wine that Mandrake installed.

But I don't have the original wine package. It told me when I installed WineX that it conflicted with the original wine package and said that I had to remove it before I could install WineX. So I removed it and it installed fine. No I didn't get it from transgaming.com's website, I downloaded the source code and compiled it. So ya I have know idea whats going on. I have tried using DGA mode and it says that I have to have read/write access to dev\mem. How do I gain these access rights? I tried logging in as root and changing the file permissions, but Worms World Party does the same thing. I tried an older version of ddraw.dll instead of direct x 9 ddraw version and still nothing. So I am still really wanting to get this to work. Anyone who has had any luck please tell me how.

Thanx
