World of Warcraft for Linux?

Pretty much the only reason i even have a windows partition on my hard drive is to play World of Warcraft. If I download a windows emulator for my linux and install WoW for that is it possible it will be mistaken as a hack because of the change in enviroment? Or is it best i ask blizzard about this...

People seem to have had success with World of Warcraft under WINE in Linux, here is a guide (you don't need to be using Gentoo): http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_Install...raft_with_wine

www.transgaming.com. No work required, easy to install and works well.

Wow can work almost perfectly under Wine in linux - you don't even need to pay for Cedega, although I'm sure it makes the install a little easier. Some people even say that they get better performance in Linux than in Windows! You can check here for the latest instructions and patches to get Wow working under Linux: http://appdb.winehq.org/appview.php?versionId=4031
