WINE - Conflict with disc emulator software detected

I'm trying to get Knights of the Old Republic I to run under WINE, but am running into Securom problems (Conflict with disc emulator software detected). Being a complete novice when it comes to configuring WINE (and most of Linux, for that matter), I'm hoping for some help. Currently, I'm running Fedora 7 Test 3 Gnome.

If the solution to this problem is painfully obvious and/or answered everywhere already my apologies, but I couldn't find it.

Nevermind. I bypassed the problem by getting a modified EXE that disabled SecuROM.
