You really haven't looked very far then have you. http://www.tuxgames.com/ Has the widest Native Linux Game selection I've seen. I've been playing X2: The threat for a while now and its an excellent port to OpenGL considering it was developed using Direct X and Shader 1.x.

There is a wonky beta version of MOHAA that runs also, the expansions.
Postal 2 Share the Pain along with it's predecessor.
Vendetta Online. (MMORPG pay to play)
Soldier of Fortune 1. (two seems to work on emulators)
Kohan Imortal Sovereign along with it's sequals and prequels.
The Sims for Linux.
Doom 1 2 and the rest.
Hexen 1 2
Herectic
Myth Soulblighter
There is more Windows to/and Linux games... just can't think of them... or... they are not worth mentioning.
