UT2003 not defualting any keys in controls

I just installed UT2003 and it worked great. But after I installed the bonus packs (epics and DE's) and the update (2255???) the game would no longer work. So I removed the hidden folder .ut2003 in my home folder and restarted ut2003. The only problem is that all the key bindings are blank. Even escape and the mouse motion events! So I tried setting up my controls manually, but the mouse motion and the escape key are getting the best of me. Whats wrong and how do I fix it. Or could someone just post me there user.ini from their .ut2003 folder in their home? Thanks in advance.
