USB psx controller adapter

Does anyone know if this (or something similar) is likely to work in linux? It seems like it should work like any generic joystick, but I was wondering if anyone had any experience using these things in linux and could say for sure or make an educated guess. Thanks.

I used this with my PS2 controller and it works really well, except the vibration doesn't seem to be supported in linux.
