trying to install unreal tournament


Hi Iam trying to install unreal tournament on a debian etch system .One file that needs to install is libxml but I get this error message after running make
all-recursive

configure seems to go fine
Can anybody help here

Why you compile? Use apt-get, there's anything you need in repositories, packaged and ready to install.

Well it was libxml-1.4.0 that seemed to be needed and it came with the game . I cant find that particular version any where else

This is the message when running ./setup.sh to install UT
Testing system.

./setup.sh: line 5: syntax error near unexpected token `then'
