I got Tribes 2 to work on Winex3, got it to install, and got it to update. I even figured out that I needed to turn off the opening movie by editing the clientconfig.
But now I went back to the Tribes 2 folder and attempted to start Tribes2.exe .... the only thing now, is that Tribes2.exe is now Tribes2.exe.local ????
When I tried to execute the Tribes2.exe.local it said that its an invalid exe. So, newbishly, I renamed it to just Tribes2.exe and tried to execute it again with winex3 ... of course that didnt work and i got the same error msg:
/usr/lib/transgaming_winex3//winex/bin/wine: can't exec 'Tribes2.exe': invalid exe file
Anyone got any ideas??? Thanks in advance!
