Strange crash on UT2003 startup (after v2225 patch and epic bonus pack installed)

Having installed a working UT2003 install, I decided to update it, so I got the v2225 patch and installed it. Then I got the Epic bonus pack, and installed that. Now, whenever I start up UT2003, and go into "Instant Action", it quits with a message about FFileManagerLinux.h. This file doesn't seem to be in the /ut2003 directory.

Anybody have any ideas about what on earth I could do?
