RTCW: ET--I get nothing from the servers list

I have the selections on Internet and All for game types, and i've checked some stuff, like servers that allow modem users. I refreshed the server list and it took a few seconds then it just shows nothing.

how can i fix this?

Well, either your internet connection is not working with ET, or no servers will allow modem users. That is strange. You should get some kind of a list. Can you get server lists from other games you have?

Its a firewall problem... either directly connect your modem into your computer.... or enable port fowarding for the port that the quake3 engine uses on your router. im 99.9% sure this is why. it happened to me and drove me crazy.
