This book contains many real life examples derived from the author's experience as a Linux system and network administrator, trainer and consultant. They hope these examples will help you to get a better understanding of the Linux system and that you feel encouraged to try out things on your own.

Rght now i am using ubuntu but i need a good and better solution (Means totally customized for Just Boting program openkore nothing else)
I will prefer going with CLI (command line)
You will need to list you specific requirements, then customize one for yourself. AFAIK: there are no specific custom distros for your purposes.
Most distros that come with the install requirements (g++ etc you listed) will also come with a range of other stuff that will clutter you up.
Good custom distros for optimizing are slackware, gentoo, and debian. You may get away with ubuntu server install. However: if you really want all that stuff out-of-the-box, then you want a "complete" distro like fedora or SUSE ... but customise your packages when you do the install. (Fedora is probably the easiest for you. Anaconda has a very clear package settings dialog, and you can select to install only cli tools if you want.)
