Question Playing Windows Games On Mandrake 8.1

Hi people
I am completley new to Linux and am using a copy of Mandrake 8.1 I purchased a while back. Can someone suggest what I need to start using my Windows games e.g. Counter-Strike w/ Steam 1.6; Call of Duty; Battlefield 1942, and A vs. P II. Any suggestion would help, thanks.

or WineX/Cedega
That's commercial, but it's better.
There's also a free version accessible via CVS.

You're on the same boat as me. I'm majorly new to Linux, too. While I'm majorly new to Linux, I'm majorly familiar with Windows and thus Windows is a piece of cake.
