Patch my UT2k4

Still I am in the dark on how I am able to install the latest Patch of UT2k4 so I am able to play online? All I have done so far is instal the game.

The game is installed at /home/carlos/ut2004 & I have downloaded the latest ut2k4 patch called 3339. So now I have a file called ut2004-lnxpatch3339.tar.bz2 that is saved in /home/carlos.

How can I extract this and how can I instal the patch?

As a recommendation - install the game as root next time, that way it will be installed to /usr/local/games/ut2004 and available to all users (or if you have a seperate /home partition, you don't have to clog it up with games)

To install the patch - from my UT2003 experience (and from this site), you have to extract the file somewhere (a *.tar.bz2 is just a bzipped tar file), and then copy it's contents to your ut2004 directory.
