Which plugins are you using?

Kaao 08-13-2005 06:06 PM

Video: Glide64 v0.7 SP1
Audio: Gilhermes Audio Plugin
Input: Mupen64 Input Plugin
RSP: Hacktarux/Azimer hle rsp plugin

1. You need another graphics plugin. Glide is only for VooDoo cards.
2. You should get a Input plugin. The keys cannot be changed and does not support Gamepads/Joysticks.

:S but i had it working before with the same plugin i have a nvidia geforce fx 5200 what plugin should i get?

tuxdev 08-15-2005 05:38 PM

List of Plugins:
www.ngemu.com/n64/plugins.php?cat=3&os=linux
www.zophar.net/utilities/n64plugins.html

I recommend Blight's plugins. The second link only has windows plugins, but there may be linux versions or you could compile them.

Kaao 08-15-2005 07:40 PM

Nope

That didnt work all it says on the bottom is emulation started (PID<number>) but nothing happens.

Try piping the output to a file and posting it.

BTW my callsign is KD7RDG

Kaao 08-15-2005 09:27 PM

Uhh how do i do that and what the hell is callsign.

tuxdev 08-15-2005 09:34 PM

./mupen64 > foo.bar
I thought you were a Ham Radio operator with that KAAO OUT!! sig. Callsigns are those broadcasted federally assigned nicks for Radio stations and such.

Kaao 08-16-2005 11:03 AM

I was a online radio dj at one point but meh :P

Is that all of it? I thought it said something about initializing plugins in the output too. Maybe it only says that and more if you turn on debugging. Have you configured the plugins for your hardware? What plugins are you using now?
I am feeling like I am giving really stupid answers now.

Kaao 09-18-2005 10:02 AM

ok i finally got the video working but now the video and sound are really laggy and im running a p4 at 3.2 ghz with 512megs of ram and a 128meg fx5200 vcard so its not my comp HELP!

tuxdev 09-18-2005 07:19 PM

have you installed the Nvidia 3D drivers yet? It would not matter how fast you computer is if it is all being rendered in software.

Kaao 09-19-2005 03:03 PM
