Mouse freeze then after being toggled, it stays in bottom left corner of screen

Okay this is the problem. My mouse has some problems or the comp has problems idk. When using the mouse it works most of the time. The cursor moves around and clicks like its supposed to. But at random moments, it may freeze and not move. However, the rest of my comp can still work. After toggling the mouse around, the cursor violently moved to the bottom left of the screen and clicked practically 100 times a second. It's so frustrating. Does anyone know how I might fixed this? I've tried a different mouse before and had the same results.
