Just 1 good Solitaire and Poker card game needed!

I am turning gray trying to get my printer working in slackware12, xfce and need just one good solitaire and poker card game to boost my spirits and get me off the install, uninstall, configure and redo tread mill.
Looked at PySol - could i use src2pkg to build and install.tgz package?

Just a note to PySol Developer in response to your work being ripped off commercially: copy right your source and restrict commercial use development and distribution to protect yourself from the piranhas.

For Poker (Texas Holdem) I highly recommend PokerTH. For Solitare, what's wrong with "Patience" that comes with Slackware? It has many Solitaire games including Spider, Golf, FreeCell, and many more. TkHearts is another nice program if you want to play hearts.

Both PokerTH and TkHearts can be played without installing anything and as I said Patience should already be installed.

Edit: Ooops I just realized that you did not install KDE, so you probably don't have Patience. PySol might work better for you then. Ace of Penguins might also be worth checking out. Finally, there are more Tkgames such as Tksol that you don't have to install. See http://tkgames.sourceforge.net/.

very nice. I'm glad to see that someone is continuing where Pysol left off.

as am I. tis a wonderful app. I admit I'd like to see it use Qt and/or GTK (2 ports, you know), but hey, I'll take what they give so willingly Anywho, yeah... good stuff
