Go to the "Drivers section", then select your options in the menu. Then, download the rpm's with the (whatever the name is).rpm link.

Will the rpms work with Ubuntu 7.10 too? I need OpenGL. And don't know where to start.

Use the "restricted driver manager" in Ubuntu to install the fglrx drivers for your ATI graphics card, or the nVidia drivers for your nVidia card.. depending on which hardware you have.
