Sorry...but how do you think anyone here is going to be able to help you? If you're having trouble with another website, you should probably email them.

Well most websites don't give out the admins credentials unless you are logged in, so I thought maybe there is someone here who is in and/or figured out the question.

There isn't a question, as far as I can see. You put in your email address and answer the CAPTCHA for verification.
If you went there you'd notice taht there is no CAPTCHA. Just a question, "What is the name of the Military organisation that funds Dr. Reed's research?"
I tried several things and managed to get the admin's address to whom I've send an email.

Sorry, but I DID go there. Click the link you first posted; click "Sign Up" (upper right corner). Form comes up, with Email address, user verification, and CAPTCHA.
Again, there isn't much we can do about someone elses website.

I also checked. There is a captcha.
Try another browser or clearing your cache?

Tried DARPA no go.
I though about the adblocker, but changing it's status makes no effect.
As for a captcha the page said that I did not answer the question right, noting to do with a captcha (qupzilla does not display a captcha either).
I emailed the admin and the mail bounced.
That is why this post is so late, I wanted to give them a chance to fix it.
The email is still not working, it looks a little strange to me too mailer -at- wz2100 -dot- net (nothing like protecting a non-existent email address).
Does the website https://wz2100.net/ have a self signed cert, my browser says it does, then again, I may be in the middle of a MITM attack.
Thanks
