I'm using Debian 7.9.... when i load etqw i get no sound. there are many remedies, none of which have worked for me.... i had it working last night, but lost everything due to my error and had to reinstall but lost my shortcuts and config files etc... if you know how to get Debian to play ETQW linux native with sound, please help and reply. sound works in general OS and flash etc.

sudo apt-get install libasound2-plugins:i386

resulted in success for now

a lot of us run into various sound issues with this game, anyone good at making a wiki with all the various oss and alsa commands would benefit this games life as a cool linux fps
