Day Of Defeat: WineX unhandled expression error

Okay, I looked through the TransGaming forums, and couldn't find anything that helped me, although other people are having similar problems. I'm using WineX version 3.1-1, since the latest seems to have problems with Warcraft 3, so I'm not willing to upgrade. Whenever I try and run dod.exe, it gives me this error:
Code:
ynadji@onizuka:Day of Defeat$ winex3 dod.exe
wine: Unhandled exception, starting debugger...
using wine_path: /usr/lib/transgaming_winex3//winex/bin/wine

Well, since I have everything else working with WineX, and since you can't (at least to my knowledge) have both installed at once, I'd prefer to go another route. Anyone else have any similar problems?
