cedega,glx,dri,nvidia driver

I'm using cedega4.2 on FC3 . Installed battlefield 1942 , but doesn't play . It just hangs at the play button . I've searched the forum and found some information about 3D rendering , GLX , and DRI not being turned on . I'm using an nvidia card and the newest driver , the driver needs these two (glx, dri) shut off to work properly . Will I have to unload this driver and load GLX and DRI to play my games ? Is there another way around this ?

Thanks

The correct config is dri off and GLX on

eg. my current xorg.conf has the following

Code:
Section "Module"
        Load "extmod"
# Load "dri"
        Load "dbe"
        Load "record"
        Load "xtrap"
        Load "glx"
        Load "type1"
        Load "freetype"
EndSection
HTH

Ok . I checked my xorg.config file . It does have glx loading and dri, glcore are not .
I'm back to not knowing what is wrong with my machine . I changed some config options for the game in point2play . I changed the screen res to a window 800x600 . Now at least I get a blank window . I have run the debug option to output in a file , but the file takes forever to write and when I try to open it it crashes my editor . Any ideas anyone ?

Thanks
