Anyone get Joint Operations to run on linux?

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has been able to successfully get Joint Operations to run on linux. That game is pretty much the only reason I have to keep a windows partition and I would really like to make the move completely away from windows. I tried running the game with wine but it couldn't read some file but I haven't tried using wineX with it. Has anyone had any luck? Information on it seems to be sparse. Thank you for your time.
