Here's a list of native games for Linux that I play(exceptions that require cedega/wine are mentioned so): America's Army, Unreal Tournament 2004, Enemy Territory, Quake 3: Arena and mods, Diablo 2 and expansion on cedega. Wait for the Doom3 Linux installer, too. Then there's free MMORPG's such as Planeshift and Eternal Lands. Eternal Lands works for me but Planeshift doesn't. Then theres Vendetta(http://www.vendetta-online.com/) that will be coming soon. There are many more...
I got Starcraft, Warcraft III and Morrowind to work beautifully. Spent many many hours with them.
I would like to play some good RPG next, but I don't know what. Something of the likes of Never Winter Nights.
If I make up my mind and upgrade my PC there is no doubt I'll try Doom3. Right now I refuse to play because I'm sure the experience will be wasted on my very average pc (GeForce MX, Celeron 1.4, 512MB).
I can't make the music playing in Morrowind. Every time I see an error message Can't play file /Morrowind/Data Files/Music/Special/morrowind title.mp3 or something of sort. Please tell me how to solve it.
If you're looking to play a game like neverwinter nights, then why dont you actually play neverwinter nights There's thousands of mods out there if you've already completed the single player quest, and there's lots and lots of very fun persistent worlds for play over the net. The game runs very very well on linux, actually quite a bit better then on windows imo.

Rep:
I can testify to the fact that the Neverwinter Nights Linux binaries work very well. I have all of the expansions. I just don't have the time to play through it...
I only wish that BioWare had ported Knights of the Old Republic, based on the same game engine, but I got that working great in Linux with WineX/Cedega.
If you have an ATI card, you might have some problems getting NWN running. NVidia cards work great though.
