Hey guys basically I installed the dll's steam was asking for (msvcr70.dll and shdocw.dll) and that got rid of that error, so I started up steam and I get some fix me's but nothing happns except my cpu hits 100% so I left it awhile and still nothing, the output I'm getting is like this:
