zic not found

I've done some searching on this but not found a solution yet.

I'm in book 7.7 chapter 6.9.2. Configuring Glibc attempting to run this code:

Code:
for tz in etcetera southamerica northamerica europe africa antarctica asia australasia backward pacificnew systemv;
do
zic -L /dev/null -d $ZONEINFO -y "sh yearistype.sh" ${tz}
zic -L /dev/null -d $ZONEINFO/posix -y "sh yearistype.sh" ${tz}
zic -L leapseconds -d $ZONEINFO/right -y "sh yearistype.sh" ${tz}
done
bash is complaining that a file cannot be found and it appears that file is zic. zic is in the subfolder timezone and it is also in /usr/sbin where one post said it should be. I've obviously gotten off track somewhere.

OK, not sure what the deal was. I had some things not working this morning and rebooted the computer and tried this again. Working now...
