USB Hotplugging in LFS

Hi all, i'm running LFS CVS, but i'm wondering how i can get LFS to autodetect my USB devices?? Any ideas??
Should i install any scripts or so?

How do you mean, autodetect? For me the kernel treats different USB devices differently, depending what they are. It mounts my printer at /dev/usblp0, I'm not really sure where it mounts the speedtouch modem because that is handled by a kernel module and the other things (Iomega hard drive, a digital camera and an mp3 player) are all seen as block memory devices and it mounts them at /dev/sda1. Things which help with handling USB devices are usbutils http://wwwbode.cs.tum.edu/Par/arch/u...ls-0.11.tar.gz and hotplug http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/l...ar.gz?download
