Question Should I use LiveCD of Fedora to install LFS? & Please help me

I found some LiveCD here(http://fedoraproject.org/en/get-fedora-all). Should I use it to install LFS furthermore BLFS?

Hi

You would be better off using an installed host.
When using a live cd you have to make it persistent each time you reboot
