Im currently trying to compile LFS from the 5.1.1 book. Im currently in chapter 5, trying to compile tcl8.4.6. Im able to ./configure --prefix=/tools without a problem but when I go to make I keep getting an error.

Any idea what this could be? I followed all the other parts exactly how the book mentions them.

well, open up "strstr.c" in a text editor and see if you can de-bug it........

it tells you what line to look for in the "c header file"............(67)
