Permissions for lfs user

Hi,

I'm just walking through the LFS book. I added an lfs group and and lfs user. Here's what the book says:

Grant lfs full access to $LFS/tools by making lfs the directory owner:

Code:
chown -v lfs $LFS/tools
If a separate working directory was created as suggested, give user lfs ownership of this directory:

Code:
chown -v lfs $LFS/sources
Shouldn't this rather look like the following?

Code:
chown -v lfs:lfs $LFS/{tools,sources}
Cheers,

Niki
