perl make test error lfs 6.5

Hi there,

I am trying to build LFS6.5 on RHEL5.
Everything was going fine but in section 6.32. Perl-5.10.0, when I try to run :

Code:

make test
I get the following out put:
[CODE]
Can't get icmp protocol by name at ../lib/Net/Ping/t/500_ping_icmp.t line 27
.
.
.
.
.
.

t/pod/twice...................................................ok
t/x2p/s2p.....................................................ok

Failed 4 tests out of 1376, 99.71% okay.

../ext/IO/t/io_sock.t

../ext/IO/t/io_udp.t

../lib/Net/Ping/t/110_icmp_inst.t

../lib/Net/Ping/t/500_ping_icmp.t

You have a good chance to get more information by running
### ./perl harness

### in the 't' directory since most (>=80%) of the tests succeeded.

### You may have to set your dynamic library search path,

### LD_LIBRARY_PATH, to point to the build directory:

### setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH `pwd`; cd t; ./perl harness

### LD_LIBRARY_PATH=`pwd`; export LD_LIBRARY_PATH; cd t; ./perl harness

### export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=`pwd`; cd t; ./perl harness

### for csh-style shells, like tcsh; or for traditional/modern

### Bourne-style shells, like bash, ksh, and zsh, respectively.

Hi,

some tests will just fail. I am not sure if this is an expected fail, however, you can compare your build logs with those reference logs:
http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/lfs/build-logs/6.5/

If yours don't deviate too much, then I guess your build is OK.

Hope this helps.
