Perl Compile Error 7.6-systemd Step 5.29

Hi, the following error comes up when trying to compile Perl at 5.29.

I've already been through this part twice as I made a small mistake the first time around with not having the symlink to Bison. Overall this is my first time building LFS.

My platform is Centos 7, and I'm following 7.6-systemd version of the LFS book.

Hello. I have solved the problem by running through everything yet again. I do not see where my error was, unfortunately.

The best advice I can give to anyone else encountering this problem is to be more meticulous that you think is necessary, and double check everything!
