Which parts of LFS 7.3 do you want to convert to Debian?
Without any extra information I would suggest installing Debian instead of LFS, sounds like a lot less trouble to me....
i guess there is l'll bit misunderstanding.
we dont want to convert any part of LFS to Debian.
but we want to convert whole LFS to Debian so that we can install any debian package to it..
And if There is a way to create Debian Based OS Please Let us know..
There is no need to use LFS if you want a debian based operating system. Take their net iso which contains just the base system and build up the required packages from there. If you simply wanted dpkg or apt-get to install on your LFS system, then you will need to chase down the dependencies and install them. Since you have already built the system, it won't really be a good idea to do. It's much better to integrate a package manager earlier in the build process.
Actually i want to expand my post..
i m student of Computer engineering Final year.
And My final year project is Operating system based on linux..
which is installable as well as live.
we dont have any source expect Internet to learn.
So if You have Any Suggestion related to this please reply..
And If i can create debian based my own operating system then it's more good, If you have any idea about it,let me know.
I've gotten dpkg to work from following this guide here. I successfully installed packages after that point. Just keep in mind that dpkg doesn't provide dependency resolution.
There are many tools online where you can create your own distro, something like suse studio would probably be suitable for your project. You can customize the packages, and then install scripts, custom wallpapers and so forth. Take a look at it and it should be helpful.
