Warnings are generally from the compiler stating that the code is using an older and less efficient, less tested, and/or deprecated methodology of coding and should be fixed to work better, but is still supported.

Only worry about errors.

Is this firmware, http://anduin.linuxfromscratch.org/B...tl8192cufw.bin right for RTL8192CU wireless usb dongle?
And if, how do i install it?

I use Larry Finger's fix for 8192cu. It works every time with dkms for me. I've recently used it with kernel 4.7-rc3 on one of my systems. You'll find it here.

If you look at dmesg it will tell you where it is expected to be. /lib/firmware/...

The firmware version is good, but dmesg did nothing said about. Its not loaded and no expectations made.
