I'm getting an error while trying to boot into my finished lfs....Some PLEASE HELP!!!

Most likely you didn't build the correct filesystem support into your kernel.

No, just your kernel. chroot back into your LFS partition and rebuild the kernel with the correct file system support.

I'm using vmware btw, so all i need to do is set it so that the cd rom drive with boot first, so i can get into the lfs disk, then rebuild the kernel in the same hard drive?
