help me running lfs live cd on my laptop

hello there myself baljeet, i have a compaq laptop but lfs live cd is not working when i try to boot from cd then it hangs and nothing happens but knoppix live cd is running fine,,, and one more thing can live cd detect touchpad of laptop becoz im not having any external mouse im using touchpad of laptop but it doesnt work with knoppix live cd

Any reason why you want the lfs live cd particularly? There might be a better option.
Also, please watch your grammar, and use articles. It would make it easier to read. If I read something like "becoz im not having any external mouse..." I can't help but having the worst water-headed hillbilly kind of accent in the back of my head.
