Glibc or uClibc + busybox

Hello there!
what I can not compile with uClibc ? Is-it possible to compile a full LFS with uClibc ?

I'm reading LFS 6.4 and try to check if I can avoid to compile some packages to replace them by Busybox, there is somewhere a project already made like that ?

The only thing I am aware of is the Cross Linux from Scratch Embedded project. It's still under heavy development though.
