Failed to execute /linuxrc when boot livecd, HELP!

I have a BLFS 6.2 and i want to build it in to livecd
I 've done follow hint from www.linuxfromscratch.org
(author :Thomas Foecking <thomas@foecking.de> , Christian Hesse <mail@earthworm.de>)

After finished that hint , i rebooted to windows XP and checked that iso
file with MS Virtual PC
My Virtual PC after uncompress kernel (2.6.16.27) and initrd.gz , it stopped with an error :

"VFS:mounted root (ext2 filesystem) readonly
Freeing unused kernel memory : 244k freed
Failed to execute /linuxrc . Attempting defaults...
Kernel panic - not syncing : No init found . Try passing init= option to kernel."

What should i do to fix this ??
