error when i install the package glibc-2.8-20080929 with "make install"


when i try to install the package i get the next error:

i would like to finish my LFS, please help me

it looks like your sources are corrupt. Try unpackaging and build again. I don't know if it matters but the book says to put the build directory next to your sources rather than in the source directory.
