I just wanted to make sure whether I am starting it correctly or not.
1)I created a dir name lfs in mnt having ownership of my primary user(not root).
2)I then mounted a partition on /mnt/lfs
3)Now when I create the lfs user and try to get to $LFS/sources it gives me access denied. My lfs dir has following permissions.

Can anyone let me know what's wrong ? Is the permission of lfs wrong ? shall I change it to 755 ?
