isn't this supposed to be pointing at the headers in the tcl source directory?? like, when you installed tcl you would have assigned the tcl source dir the $TCLPATH variable before deleting the source dir, and then when installing expect you'd use a:

okay... are you sure you're in the right source directory when you execute the command?? make sure you properly unpacked the expect source and stuff... the error is saying configure can't find the source either in the current directory or the parent directory...
