chroot error while loading libraries lib.so.6

hi there is an error with th chroot ;
root [ ~ ]# chroot "$LFS" /tools/bin/env -i HOME=/root TERM="$TERM" PS1='\u:\w\$PATH=/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/tools/bin/mnt/lfs/tools/bin/bash --login +h

and it says:
/tools/bin/env:error while loding libraries libc.so.6: cannot open shared object file : No such file or directory

Check to see if libc.so.6 exists:
find /lib -iname "*libc.so.6*"

If libc.so.6 is a symbolic link make sure that it links to the correct module.

Check /etc/ld.so.conf to make sure ldconfig is set up properly. See:

man ldconfig

but i didinot find the file libc.so.6 ,i find lib.so.6

I suggest that you go back and do the install of libc again.
