I did some researh googling surrond this issue
1. first, it is suggesting to install build-essintil package
2.check gcc is working

my config.log is:
This file contains any messages produced by compilers while
running configure, to aid debugging if configure makes a mistake.

It was created by configure, which was
generated by GNU Autoconf 2.59. Invocation command line was

$ ../binutils-2.19.1/configure --target= --prefix=/tools --target= --prefix=/tools

configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables
This will usually do :

# yum -y install glibc-devel glibc-headers
.....
.....
§ 5.4 : The 'configure' line : please follow the book strictly :
Code:
../binutils-2.19.1/configure \
    --target=$LFS_TGT --prefix=/tools \
    --disable-nls --disable-werror

I did preparation of user, partition and permissions from the start, and now it is working! Really don't know what was missed before?
