Red face ACL not working properly


hello

I am running redhat 7.2

I have installed ACL(Access Control Link)
it i package acl-2.2.7 and revelent other packages

All the rpm packages run well with all the dependency.

But tha last package libattr-devel-2.4.1-0.i386.rpm

it showed dependency error that i need glibc2.3.*


the function getfacl works well
But when i run setfacl function i get error that :function not implemented

if i run setfacl under test mode
factl --test -m user:sss:rwx alp.c
it runs ok but under normal mode it shoes error previously described .

i also tried under Redhat8 also but the same prob

My file system is ext3

pleaase help me as quickly as possible
