Those are not patches, but rpm packages for
Redhat EL5 Enterprise Linux 5, or CentOS 5.x .
So which Linux are you using ?? If one of the above,
you already have glibc, and can do # yum install <package>
to get the others, glibc-devel, etc.
None of the files can be used on another Linux. !
And why not ask Oracle, as said by @ TB0ne
Generally : Please tell, which Linux, you are using,
every time a question is asked.
